I was working on splitting up chap-net, but due to lack of time it
stalled. The biggest problem besides the broken link is that too little
sect1's are used, which makes it a pain to navigate it from the TOC. So,
we could do two things right now:

1. Re-arange the sections.
2. Split up the chapter.

I support taking route 1 right now. It is much less work and it makes the
chaptor much easier to navigate. Besides that the chapter is a good
coherent chapter, splitting it up right now requires some rewriting.
