Two months ago I wrote a documentation on how to write a LKM Driver for NetBSD, if you are interested on having it on your server, I will be glad to give it to you.
Note that this is my first documentation on NetBSD kernel and that french is my mother tongue, so there might be some mistake, it is currently available here:
