While I see this, I remember some discussion we had around translation of
Ports homepages the other day.

Currently, the ports pages each has it's own News section. What about if
we make *one* list of news entries (e.g. in htdocs/Changes/index.list
:-) that we add "tags" to like in doc/CHANGES, and that we then use to
generate ports-dependent news? E.g.

i386: new snapshot available
amiga: new driver for mouse
all: new security advisory

(Format may be more than simple ASCII, dunno).
Then, we could generate htdocs/Ports/*/index.html from a template file and
fill in only the news for these ports, and get all the info on the general
"Changes" page (or only the "all" entries, if we chose so).

This should help in getting all the data that changes frequently in some
central location... :>

(I already have code to generate htdocs/index.html from
htdocs/Changes/index.list automatically, while generating
htdocs/Changes/index.html).

Thoughts? Volunteers? :)
