Hi all

I would like to work on the Simplified Chinese translation of the NetBSD docs, 
starting with the outdated index.html, and adding more other documents.  I 
want to lower the untranslated ratio to a more decent level from the current 
99.9% :-)

I would like to coordinate the Chinese translation, since there is nobody 
doing that.
