Log Message:
Complete rewrite of a Progress.txt file:

	- remove extra spaces and CR characters;
	- reformat columns to use tabs only (two leading spaces are still used);
	- move notes down to the end of file (this is a notes);
	- mention just all files as per English Guide;
	- assign responsible parties to the existent files;
	- this file is for ruNetBSD use only, thus simplify an SVN tags.

WARNING:  Authors, the status of translation proccess is unknown
for me. Could you please assign a proper values at Condition column
on relevant files? TIA.
