Resync with English original, revision 1.1072. Major changes are:

	- update the list of WWW mirrors;
	- add missing links in left column;
	- provide English disclaimer as is;
	- validate through http://validator.w3.org (English must be too);
	- did a bit of editing.

Many thanks to NetBSD team to keeping Russian main page up to date.
