Neither do I, but I have FrameMaker-like macros in my .emacs. ;-)
But I guess we're right, we should aim for entities if the standards
request so.

Sounds ok to me. (I don't really care how you organize things ;-)
Maybe make sure you don't run into problems when importing things from
NetBSD's htdocs into your private repository... ;-)
