When you hit the ddb prompt, can you share the output of the following
ddb commands?

1. ps
2. show event
3. For each cpu N (0,1,2,...):
	ddb> mach cpu N
	ddb> bt
   (two separate ddb commands in a row)
4. call heartbeat_dump
