 libgcc: btree_insert: Sprinkle -fno-tree-loop-distribute-patterns for alpha
 
 With this workaround, tests/usr.bin/c++/*:*pic_profile tests successfully
 pass on alpha.
 
 PR toolchain/60842 GCC/alpha 14 miscompiles libgcc btree_insert()
