I have updated https://wiki.netbsd.org/ports/evbarm/ and
https://wiki.netbsd.org/ports/aarch64/.
For evbarm removed ISO links completely and moved up the bootable
install images link.
Also hid packages link for the earmv7hfeb. (aarch64eb also fails, but
it points to wrong Q1 folder instead of Q2, so it just wrong reference
in cdn).
Additionally, I updated DTB link from netbsd 9 kernel configs to DTB lists.
Finally pointed aarch64 in CPU types to aarch64 port wiki page.
For the aarch64 added bootable install images link.
