Can you please try a kernel from the latest netbsd-10 or netbsd-11
branches, or from current?

You can move your existing kernel from /netbsd to /onetbsd (which
will be used as a fallback if /netbsd can't be found), and install
the new one at /netbsd to boot by default, or you can install the new
one at (say) /netbsd10 and manually enter `boot netbsd10' at the
bootloader prompt.

We have had some fixes in the bwi_intr path since 10.1.
