 An RPI has a well defined MAC address even for genet. It's just that
 the loaded UEFI firmware doesn't care.
 
 N.B. the f2:00 "prefix" either needs to be set in the upper bytes
 or both places dealing with the mac address need to be adjusted
 to swap bytes.
