build.sh on GCC 15 hosts (ubuntu 26.04 etc.) fails in src/tools/texinfo:

due to -Werror=incompatible-pointer-types caused by -std=gnu23
(default on gcc15).

build.sh on GCC 14 hosts (debian 13 etc.) works.

>How-To-Repeat:
Fetch netbsd-11 src sets and
"sh build.sh -U -m amd64 tools"
on GCC 15 hosts.
