 Realtek HDA is notorious for needing custom widget patches (as carried by Linux)
 What you could do right now is attach both speaker and HP to the same DAC. This
 way, plugging in the HP will automatically mute the speaker, and we already
 know that this DAC works.
 
 Can you the full output of hdaudioctl for this codec and nid?
