 I just wanted to report that I have not encountered the bug anymore with 
 two virtual machines running 10.1 over 200 days, the single-core was the 
 one that previously encountered the bug and was upgraded. The 
 single-core virtual machine can sometimes have nfail slightly larger 
 than the maximum nfail set for example 14/10, while on dual-core the 
 nfail doesn't go over the maximum for example 10/10. Thank you for
