When selecting `Occupy...` from the ctwm window menu the window does not display buttons or toggles
opon opening.
They do eventually display if clicked.

Perform basic install. Add `exec ctwm` to a `.xinitrc`. start x with `startx`. Start a terminal. Click to open ctwm window menu. Click `Occupy...`
