	htdocs/mirrors/mirrors.xml was added on 2021-04-26 assuming in order to
	have sources of HTML.

	However, the mirrors database is maintained in localsrc because it
	contains possible personal information that should not publicly exposed
	like phone numbers to possibly contact mirrors admins.

	All changes to htdocs/mirrors/mirrors.xml should be integrated back to
	localsrc/admin/mirrors, htdocs/mirrors/mirrors.html should be
	regenerated based on that and then we can delete
	htdocs/mirrors/mirrors.xml file (and possibly point out better possible
	folks adding mirrors that localsrc/admin/mirrors should be modified!).
