 That's interesting, for your Thinkpad x260 you actually have the problem the other way around...
 
 Your integrated ps/2 keyboard (and mouse/track-pad?) still works fine but you lost the USB you plugged in.
 
 What version of NetBSD are you running?
 I had my results on 11.0-RC1, with 10.1 it even refused to go to s3 suspend.
