Guy Harris mentioned this isn't a problem any more.
Comparing external/bsd/libpcap/dist/pcap/dlt.h and sys/net/dlt.h
shows they're mostly identical, with some NetBSD-specific DLT_CLASS()
related defined at the end of the file
