 This refers to the pkgsrc.tgz archive that the installer optionally
 can download post-installation (in the "configure your machine" part).
 It is neither a real "set" nor part of the NetBSD release, but comes from
 the latest quaterly pkgsrc branch. It is (by default) fetched from:
 
 	https://cdn.NetBSD.org/pub/pkgsrc/stable/pkgsrc.tgz
 
 Not sure how to describe this clearly in the context you quoted.
