USB keyboard will appear to have a key "stuck down", not recognize
further keypresses, and seem to lose all power (LEDs turn off).

I am tagging this problem xsrc because the problem seems far worse with
the X server running, exiting the X server seems to make it go away.

It uses the standard X "kbd" driver.

The USB mouse remains functioning as normal.
