 Yes, and your "noatime" mount breaks it. Don't do that ;-)
 
 You should use a tmpfs on /tmp for atf runs on machines where you
 want "noatime" on /.
 
 The tests all assume full posix behaviour, and "noatime" breaks that 
 (intentionaly). I am not aware of some simple way for the test program
 itself to detect this setup (and skip the test or whatever). Additionaly
 the libarchive tests are kinda 3rd party tests, wrapped in total.
