That should have fixed it. The panic message is pretty clear: a directory
in the file system has a corrupted entry, fsck will have dealt with it.
Unless there are driver bugs involved, this should not happen again during
normal operations. I have seen it sometimes and always attributed it to
crashes. It showed up on some file systems for me recently when I did the
full extended attribute dance/checks.
