I do agree with this - NetBSD's the only OS that doesn't include the
sbin directories in DEF_USER_PAH by default.  Are you happy with
it being modified to include the sbin directories for harmonization?

IMO if we want to teach xdm about sysctl user.cs_path it should be
done upstream.

Untrue. I'm pretty sure SUSE doesn't include sbin.
