FWIW, latest HEAD is working pretty okay for me on my own 9000/C360,
after some atomics-related fixes from last week.

I'm running into a few manifestations of port-hppa/56118, and the
/usr/tests tests suggest there's something rather broken around ptrace,
but these things are not preventing me from getting work done.
(YMMV as to whether those bugs block you, but at the very least
you should be able to boot and install a system.)
