>Description:

The lib/libc/sys/t_ptrace_waitid:syscall_signal_on_sce test case fails
with a timeout, apparently ever since the test was added during a
period of build braekage in early March. For example:

  http://www.gson.org/netbsd/bugs/build/amd64-baremetal/2020/2020.03.02.20.04.42/test.html#lib_libc_sys_t_ptrace_waitid_syscall_signal_on_sce
  http://www.gson.org/netbsd/bugs/build/amd64-baremetal/2020/2020.03.18.19.34.15/test.html#lib_libc_sys_t_ptrace_waitid_syscall_signal_on_sce
  http://releng.netbsd.org/b5reports/i386/2020/2020.03.18.01.40.56/test.html#lib_libc_sys_t_ptrace_waitid_syscall_signal_on_sce

The syscall_signal_on_sce test cases in other test programs get
classified as expcected failures, but this one does not.

>How-To-Repeat:

Run the ATF tests.
