So I just built a full release of -9 for amd64, and sure enough, there are
no usb installer images. Correspondingly, there are none in the 9.0_RC1
directory on nbftp.

In fact, if anything we've regressed since now the only amd64 installer is
a 225MB iso file, even though all an install image really needs is a kernel
plus the 1.3M miniroot that *is* in the installation directory.

It's no wonder people get irritated when asked to try newer releases.
