 Have all the fixes to the broken __CTASSERT uses (the ones that needed
 fixing for the build to work with the current __CTASSERT()) been pullled
 up to everything that it is possible to build and which contained the
 broken versions?
 
 If not, using the old one (or simply a dummy do-nothing version) when
 building on an ancient system which has no __CTASSERT() at all) is going
 to be needed.
