 There is a libexpat in src, in src/external/mit/expat.
 
 Christos, I see that you enabled HAVE_LIBEXPAT in
 src/external/gpl3/gdb/lib/libgdb/arch/i386/config.h 1.9 on 2019-05-05,
 and then disabled it again in 1.10 on 2019-05-29.  Was this intentional?
