There's no need to add these:

    { PCI_PRODUCT_VIATECH_VX800,
        0,
        "VIA Technologies VX800 SATA Controller",
        via_sata_chip_map_new,
    },
    { PCI_PRODUCT_VIATECH_VX855,
        0,
        NULL,
        via_sata_chip_map_new,
    },

Only to change
PCI_PRODUCT_VIATECH_CX700_IDE to use via_sata_chip_map_new instead of
via_chip_map.
