 The background curses test has this comment.
 # looks like a bug - bottom right char not filled
 
 Curses has now been fixed for this, but I don't have the working tools 
 to fix the test case. Ideally it should have been marked as a failure 
 with the correct background comparison, but it wasn't and it's now even 
 clear how to do that.
