There are some lingering references to dhclient in documentation:

ifwatchd.8: Paragraphs about it handing carrier detection on interfaces
to control dhclient. I believe dhcpcd handles this itself.

btpand.8: Has an example for calling dhclient on a newly created
interface. Also includes an xref to a now non-existent dhclient.8 man
page.

pf.boot.conf: Makes reference to specific configuration considerations
for dhclient. I imagine this isn't of particular concern since PF
itself is deprecated.

(Also, there are still two PRs open about dhclient issues:

bin/39292
bin/52403, where the submitter has indicated it can be closed.)
