 I remember 1.191 was supposed to fix hanging Go processes, yes. This
 occurred on the amd64 builders though. You should be able to confirm this
 by extracting the Go 1.10.1 tarball somewhere and then doing "cd src &&
 all.bash" on a system with 1.192 on it.
