 I ran into this one again, just a short time ago.  This time I was
 able to break into ddb and force a crash dump.  So if there is any
 debugging that anyone wants, just let me know.
 
 FWIW, it seems that the bug is pretty specific to the nvme drive.
 All processes that were accessing the nvme drive got hung up, yet
 processes accessing the root drive (on a "spinny" wd) were able to
 continue without problem.
 
 It's curious that all reported instances of this PR have involved
 a "cvs update" getting stuck in biolock, while everything else just
 ends up in tstile.  I wonder what cvs does that is so different
 from everything else?
