Keyboard attached via xhci (USB3) does not work in ddb(4).
	
>How-To-Repeat:
1. Get a system with xhci interface, and connect the keyboard to a USB3 port
2. Boot with -d option, or make your kernel panic with ddb.onpanic set to
   a positive value.
3. At the db prompt, try to type a command.  Nothing echos.
