 Thanks for the patch, it avoids the panic, but network is still not
 fully functional:
 
 base.tgz                              2% 1328KB   0.0KB/s   0.0KB/s - stalled -
 
 In this state network is fulley dead.
 
 Doing ifconfig down/up and waiting like a minute brings it back to life,
 with:
 
 cs0: cs_process_rx_dma: DMA buffer out of sync about to reset
 
 in between. I have another shark that is not affected, strangely.
