additional terminfo files needed

Hello,

Please include the following terminfo files in NetBSD if they aren't already:

xterm-termite (see attached)
putty-256color
konsole-256color
gnome-256color
rxvt-unicode-256color (see attached)

The more systems we can get using up to date terminfo files, the less each terminal has to rely on broken, glitchy xterm emulation.
