Well, IMO most lazy users (including me) are not interested in details of
the bug but just want to know whether the bug is fixed or not.
If someone[tm] asks to reproduce the behavior in netbsd-7 or netbsd-7-0,
I can do it with liveimages I maintain.
If someone shows suggested fixes (including committed ones to HEAD),
I can try to apply them to branches (because it's worth for me).
If someone ask to check if it still occurs in HEAD, I have less
motivation because anyone can reproduce it using VirtualBox etc.
(and he can close PR if it's confirmed by himself) in this case.
