 good! it is nbmakeinfo. Can you start clean, then build with MKTOOLSDEBUG=yes.
 Then run:
 
 gdb /path/to/nbmakeinfo /path/to/nbmakeinfo.core 
 
 and then in the gdb prompt type "where".
 
 Unfortunately I can't use the core file because I don't have an OpenBSD
 system available or the binary.
