one person on IRC mentioned some degree of work and disappeared for 7265.
nonaka mentioned in a commit message that he used 3160.

also, openbsd iwm(4) mentions support for all 3 and there are no differences in the driver code that suggests that NetBSD will have any changes.

They are all dual band. perhaps this part can be worded better.
