>Release:        NetBSD 7.99.20
>Organization:
Curiosity is the very basis of education and if you tell me that
curiosity killed the cat, I say only that the cat died nobly.

>Environment:
Architecture: x86_64
Machine: amd64
>Description:
Found in the debian MKREPRO builds for NetBSD:
/etc/release has a number of data that change too easily between two builds.

This makes consecutive builds of the same tree differ.
>How-To-Repeat:
Look at /etc/release of builds done on different machines or using
different tool paths.
>Fix:
In MKREPRO builds, fix:
* "Build date" (see also PR 50119)
* path in MAKE variable
* path in MAKEFLAGS variable
* path in TOOLDIR variable
* path in RELEASEDIR
perhaps more
