Found in the debian MKREPRO builds for NetBSD:

The file /usr/share/info/dir lists all info files installed, but it seems
it does this in random order. At least in one build I saw that
addrline (binutils)
was where
dc (dc)
was in the previous build.

This makes consecutive builds of the same tree differ.
This order should be made consistent.

Build with MKREPRO multiple times; perhaps you need to use -j.

Use a fixed order for that file.
