 Yes. Is it supposed to be doing that, is it actually doing something? I don't know, hence I'm asking. 
 
 It isn't happening on 6.1.5 nor on a system with higher memory constraints also on 6.1.5.
 
 It seems odd that an idle/lightly loaded system would chew up so much cpu time.
