MD sysinst files for evbarm64 was imported to
src/distrib/utils/sysinst/arch/evbarm64 in the following commit:

but sysinst was already moved to src/usr.sbin on July:
 http://mail-index.netbsd.org/source-changes/2014/07/26/msg056802.html
so currently src/distrib/utils/sysinst dir only has evbarm64 leftover files.
 http://nxr.netbsd.org/xref/src/distrib/utils/sysinst/
and usr.sbin/sysinst doesn't include evbarm64 MD files.

Source tree inspection.

Move them properly as other ports, including files in netbsd-7 branch?
