>Description:
sys/arch/x86/x86/procfs_machdep.c have not maintained, so it's
not a good way to check a CPU's feature with /proc/cpuinfo.

An workaround is to use "cpuctl identify" command.
>How-To-Repeat:
	cat /proc/cpuinfo
>Fix:
	Sync with the latest spec.
Almost the same code exists in src/usr.sbin/cpuctl/arch/i386.c
but the output format is completely different.
