I can still reproduce the problem on NetBSD/amd64 7.0_BETA on exactly the
same setup. I haven't see any corruption for month with MFS under 6.1_STABLE.

When I upgraded to 7.0_BETA and switched "/tmp" back to tmpfs the problem
started to happen again.

I'm using this kernel:
