The link to NetBSD News Beat at

is broken.  It seems that onetbsd.org is gone:

The new site is NetBSD Planet <http://netbsd.fi/>.

(I initially reported this with a patch via email to www%NetBSD.org@localhost, 
but I did not receive a reply.)

The below patch fixes this.  It also removes the statement about emailing 
hubertf%NetBSD.org@localhost to get your own RSS feed included, since I could 
find nothing on netbsd.fi to indicate this is still true.  However, if it is 
still true, then obviously it should not be removed.
