 Should all (or most) of /rescue/ ideally be included on install media,
 such that those may also serve for rescue?  I remember being surprised
 at some point that utilities I had expected to be present were
 missing.  Fortunately, chroot was there, and a working root fs existed,
 which I could chroot into to use the extra tools and fix the system.
