 I just set:

 rpcbind=YES
 mountd=YES
 lockd=YES
 nfs_client=YES
 nfs_server=YES

 in /etc/rc.conf and did not think of editing /etc/inetd.conf - so I guess
 it doesn't.

 quota: /: quota_get (objtype 0): Socket is not connected
 quota: /: quota_get (objtype 1): Socket is not connected
 quota: /usr/src: quota_get (objtype 0): Socket is not connected
 quota: /usr/src: quota_get (objtype 1): Socket is not connected
 Disk quotas for user martin (uid 205): none

 which sounds reasonable. But I hope the nfs quota query from the test
 does not go through the host kernel (which has working network), but to
 the rump kernel, which (in this case) has no network setup - and that would
 explain errors.
