- The nanosleep() function conforms to IEEE Std 1003.1b-1993
- The clock_nanosleep() function conforms to.

- but apparently this doesn't work; mandoc prints as above, and groff
- does the same except that it inserts a space before the period.
After a quick look, standard ``-p1003.1j-2000'' isn't defined.
``-p1003.1g-2000'' is, but I don't know if that is the relevant
